Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 April 2026
We respect the decision to share process evidence with us. We use it only to understand, analyse, and improve the process you asked us to review. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it to train public AI models.
Who we are
Rob Allandale operates roballandale.com, an AI research and process advisory site.
Contact: [email protected]. A domain email address will be added when routing is finalised.
What we collect
We collect information you submit through the site, including name/contact details, process descriptions, business context, pain points, desired outcomes, uploaded files, supporting links, and technical metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
Process Digitiser uploads may include PDFs, spreadsheets, screenshots, diagrams, SOPs, org charts, strategy docs, reports, forms, and example emails.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-friendly aggregate traffic statistics. It does not use tracking cookies or identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
- To review and understand the process you ask us to analyse.
- To create process maps, pain-point analysis, and digitisation recommendations.
- To respond to your submission.
- To operate, secure, and improve the intake system.
- To detect spam, abuse, or prompt-injection-style attacks.
How we store it
Process Digitiser submissions are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2, submission metadata is stored in Cloudflare D1, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Access is intended to be limited to Rob/Steve and authorised systems needed to review or operate the service.
Use of AI
We use AI tools to help summarise, map, classify, and analyse submitted process material. AI is core to how Process Digitiser produces useful outcomes quickly, within realistic budgets, and at a level of consistency and breadth that purely manual review would struggle to match.
- Customer uploads are treated as confidential evidence.
- Uploaded material is not used to train public AI models.
- AI outputs are reviewed with human judgment before being relied upon.
- Uploaded documents are treated as untrusted content and cannot override our security rules or instructions.
What not to upload
Do not upload passwords, private keys, API keys, payment card data, government ID documents, health records, highly sensitive customer secrets, or anything you are not authorised to share. If sensitive examples are needed, provide redacted or synthetic samples unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell submitted material. We do not publish names, documents, examples, screenshots, reports, or case studies without written permission.
We share data only when needed to provide the requested service, operate infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service against abuse or security threats.
Retention and deletion
Recommended default retention is 90 days after submission unless you become a client and longer retention is agreed, deletion is requested earlier, or retention is needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You can request deletion of a submission package by emailing us with your reference ID. Deletion should remove uploaded files and submission metadata where practical. A minimal deletion log may be retained for audit or security.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, including file type and size limits, structured storage, prompt-injection first-pass scanning, restricted treatment of uploaded evidence, and no automatic execution of uploaded content. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
